I own a small roofing company in SW Florida. We recently hired Mr. Sette to represent an HOA client of ours on a roof insurance claim. Joe went above and beyond with the claim and instantly set the client at ease. What was even more impressive is that this particular claim was in excess of $1million and did NOT go to litigation! Joe was able to negotiate the claim prior to litigation (amazing!) occurring which saved the carrier and client a tremendous amount of time and cost. I'll start this off by saying I'm not fond of lawyers but I will say this, Joseph Sette went above and beyond not once for me but twice, on the same case; after it was already settled he was still negotiating with the hospital and got me additional funding for my injuries. I have never even heard of that so if you're looking for somebody that's going to actually fight for you he's your man
